肾毒清颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的研究肾毒清颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法大鼠一次冰水刺激,期间皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素注射液(0.06 mL/lOO g),造成大鼠血瘀模型,观察药物对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果肾毒清颗粒低剂量组(18 g生药·kg。)、中剂量组(36 g·kg。)、高剂量组(72 g·kg。)可使急性血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞电泳时间、细胞聚集指数,红细胞变形指数,红细胞刚性指数明显降低。结论肾毒清颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的异常变化有明显改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of the Renal Clearance Granule on hemorheology in acute blood stasis model of rats.Methods Subcutaneous injecting adrenalin hydrochloride twice,during the period,stimulating the rats with the ice water to induce the acute blood stasis model to survey the influence on the hemorheology.Results The low dose group(18 g crude drug/kg)、medium dose group(36g crude drug/kg) 、higher dose group(72 g crude drug/kg) of Renal Clearance Granule could significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis time,the cell aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index,erythrocyte rigidity index.Conclusion It was indicated that the Renal Clearance Granule could significantly improve abnormal change of hemorheology on actue blood stasis model of rats.
