摘    要:以碱金属,碱土金属,第一过渡族金属和稀土金属离子混合填无钨青铜铌酸盐的 A 位,使之构成 A 位充满型结构。用 Czochralski 法生长晶体。讨论了不同电荷及半径的离子对晶体生长习性,介电特性及居里点等的影响,比较不同的离子对晶体极化的稳定作用.

Abstract:In this paper,we report that a sites in tungsten bronze niobate were filled with ions of alkali alkaline earth,first transition group metals and rare earth metals which make them into full filled structure of a sites.Crystal growth was carried out with Czochralski technique. Effects of cation charge and radii on crystal growthhabits,dielectricproperties and Curie points were discussed.Effects of different kind of ions on polarization stability were also discussed.
