| 摘 要： | ＣｕＩｎＳｅ２是极具潜力的太阳电池新材料，其能量转换效率、使用寿命和抗辐射性能力是当今复晶及非晶薄膜太阳电池研究中的最高纪录。本文从材料科学的观点来介绍ＣｕＩｎＳｅ２薄膜的特性及制作过程并提及其材料品质可改善的程度。这方面的了解将有助于我国对于高效率薄膜太阳电池的研究。

| Abstract: | CuInSe2 is a new material of solar cells which has great potential in the future. The solar cells based on CuInSe2 have reached the highest record on energy conversion efficiency, lifetime and anti-radiation according to the research on polycrystalline and amorphous thin film solar cells. The present paper is to introduce the characteristics and manufacture processes of CuInSe2 thin film solar cells. The understanding of this material will be helpful to the research of thin film solar cells with high conversion efficiency in China. |
