摘    要:描述一种用非相干光制作二维真、假彩色模压全息图母版的新技术.色彩编码是从记录了狭缝像的“彩虹版”上进行条纹复制而获得.彩虹版可以无数次重复使用,所以全息图的记录实际上只有一步.全息图母版用紫外灯作为记录光源,记录系统中不用任何光学元件,记录过程不需防震条件.该技术投资小、效率高,制出的全息图质量好,对大批量模压全息图制造有很高实用价值.

Abstract:Technique for making 2D pseudo color and true color master holograms for embossing using non coherent light source is described. The color encoding is realized by fringe replication from the "rainbow plates", in which the slit images are recorded. The rainbow plates can be used for many times,and so, the recording process is actually one step. In master hologram recording process, an uv lamp is used as the light source, and no optical elements and anti vibration devices are required. The technique has the advantages of low investment, high production efficiency and good hologram quality. Therefore, it is valuable for hologram mass production.
