共沉淀法超精细陶瓷微粉的制备与烧结

摘    要:本实验主要是应用化学共沉淀法制备超细易烧的「MgO-Y2O3」-ZrO2粉末。通过实验得知:烧结特性对于快速沉淀,清洗十分敏感,通过改进实验方法,获得一种制备工艺简单,可用常规烧结,适用生产的方法。

Abstract:The fine [MgO-Y2O3]-ZrO2 powder has been prepared by chemical common-precipatation. The rusult shows that the sintering characteristcs are quite sensitive to the precipatating rate and the washing. By modifying the method we have got a simple processing suitable for industry production.
