| Abstract: | The calculation,principle, methods and main influence factors of laser surface heat treatment and laser surface nitriding are expounded. The mechanism, parameters and advantages for the composite treatment process of laser surface nitriding are discussed.The math formulations of laser surface heat treatment and laser surface nitriding have been theoretically established. The experiment was carried out with 38CrMoAl steel by using the composite treatment process. The depth of the nitrided layer is increased. |
