| Abstract: | Economic damages from higher atmosphere CO 2 level caused by using fossil fuel are disscussed,and an improved shadow price model for calculating the present value of the external damage of a CO 2 emission is derived explicitly,in which absorbitng action of forest is considered at the first time and the value of the shadow price is given,and the Chinese situation is considered. |
