| 摘 要： | 本文在综合分析邳县经济发展优势条件与不利因素的基础上,提出了邳县“八五”末、“九五”末、二○二○年经济发展分别达到江苏省、苏南和中等发达国家目前平均水平的阶段性战略同标及相应步骤。

| Abstract: | Based on the coprchcnsivc analyses of the advantages and disadvantages in economic divcloping of Pixian, this paper has proposed the strategic objectives and corresponding steps of Pixian's economic developing, which are, by the end of the eighth five-year plan, the ninth five-year plan and A. D. 2020 the ccnomy of pixian will catch up with the present average levels of Jiangsu province , the Southern Jiangsu and the mcdium-dcmelopcd countries, respectively. |
