Moral education and management in vocational schools under the new situation are becoming more and more important,it is the major work for educators how to carry out moral education effectively to teach students to treat the relation between moral and intellectual education.Therefore,the article proposes some specific educating methods emphasizing smoothing the way of moral education, strengthening policy guidance,improving management quality and stressing education environment.
