| 摘 要： | 近些年国际社会发生的一系列事件，其实是不同时期不同国家及国家之外的实体以及社会人群的思想价值在国际法原则上的斗争。国家主权、互不侵犯、禁止使用武力、和平解决国际争端、不干涉内政原则的价值取向在发生变化。国家在国际法原则的变革过程中要认真研究把握其中的各种因素，抓住不败与崛起之机遇。

| Abstract: | Analyses the change of the value orientation of the principles, such as sovereignty, mutual nonaggression, to forbid using military force, to solve disputes by peaceful means. Considers that the country should study and hold various kinds of factors among them conscientiously in the changing course of international law principle, and catch the opportunity of emerging. |
