摘    要:在实验中由于各种原因理想的试样很难得到,试样总会带有各种不同程度的缺陷。如实验前由于钳子、卡具、意外碰撞、弯曲等造成的破坏。这种缺陷在变形过程中对于颈缩的产生、发展变化及拉伸变形的稳定性会产生影响。研究讨论缺陷对于拉伸变形的颈缩、稳定性的作用,这有利于正确理解和掌握超塑性拉伸变形过程。

Abstract:It is very hard to get ideal sample due to different factors during test,so each sample has different defects inevitability,such as damage made by cramp,clamp apparatus,accidental impact and bending and so on.These defects will affect the formation and developing of necking during deforming and the stability of deformation.So this paper will discuss the effect of defects on necking and stability of tensile deformation,which will help up to understand and master superplastic tensile deformation correctly.
