膨胀珍珠岩中游离甲醛含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定了某品牌膨胀珍珠岩中游离甲醛的含量,结果表明产品质量符合GB18583-2001中合格产品的指标。处理待测样品时,样品最佳边长约为1.0 cm;当采用蒸馏水作为萃取剂时,最佳萃取温度为40℃,最佳萃取时间为60 min。分别对空白溶液和样品溶液做了加标回收实验,其平均回收率范围在93.14%~96.35%,回收效果较好。

Abstract:Free formaldehyde content in inflated pearlite of a certain brand is determined by acetyl acetone spectrophotometry and the result shows that the product's property achieved inflated pearlite China standard (GB18583-2001).The research finds that the best side length is 1.0cm when dealing with the sample product; the optimum extraction temperature is 40 ℃ and the time is 60min when using distilled water as the extractant. In the recovery experiment of sample added to the formaldehyde standard solution and the sample solution, the average recovery ranges from 93.14% to 96.35% and the result is effective.
