无痛子宫输卵管造影与常规子宫输卵管造影诊断输卵管通畅性的对比研究

目的：探讨患者在麻醉和清醒状态下进行子宫输卵管造影时诊断输卵管通畅性是否存在差异；分析和确定无痛子宫输卵管造影诊断输卵管通畅性的准确性。方法选择佛山市妇幼保健院2010年1月1日至2013年12月31日期间的女性不孕症患者100例进行对比研究。结果对照组，子宫输卵管造影技术和宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果相同的32例，子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为阻塞、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的11例，子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为通而不畅、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的7例；研究组，子宫输卵管造影技术和宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果相同的41例，子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为阻塞、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的3例，子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为通而不畅、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的6例。结论无痛子宫输卵管造影在诊断输卵管通畅性方面具有明显的优势，能够有效地鉴别输卵管痉挛引起的假性输卵管梗阻，在诊断输卵管通畅性时具有确切的准确性。

Difference of fallopian tube patency between the painless Hysterosalpingography and the conventional Hysterosalpingography

To investigate the fallopian tube patency ditference of tube angiography diagnosis given to patiends in anesthetized and conscious conditions separately. analysis and determine the accuracy of painless uterine tubal patency of the fallopian tube radiography diagnosis. 100 hospitol cases of temale infertility patients selected from Januany 1, 2010 to December 31, 2013 were studied. Control group： 32 cases got same resuet in hysterosalpingography and hysteroscopy-laparoscopy joint exploration. 11 cases showed that fallopian tube was blocked in hysterosalpingography but open in hysteroscopy-laparoscopy joint exploration. 7 cases showed connected but not free in hysterosalpingography, while smooth in joint exploration. Research group：41 cases got same result in hysterosalpingography and hysteroscopy laparoscopy joint exploration. 3 cases showed that fallopian tube was blocked in hysterosalpingography but open in joint exploration, 6 cases shonwed connected but not free in hysterosalpingography while smooth in joint exploration. Painless uterine tube angiography has obvious advantage in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency, can effectively identify tubal spasm caused by fallopian tube obstruction fallopian tube patency in diagnosis, with exact accuracy.
