| 摘 要： | 投资决策是复杂的系统工程，它是进行项目管理的第一个关键环节。文中分析了企业投资决策的动态过程给出了环境因素和个体因素对投资项目的影响方式，建立了一种项目管理的投资决策模型。

A Model of Investment Decision in Project Management |

| Abstract: | Investment decision belongs to complex system engineering. For project management, the key problem is to make scientific decision for investment. In this paper, through analyzing dynamic process of investment, we first find environmental and individual factors that have impact on investment project, and then construct a dynamic model of investment decision for project management. |
