硫酸湿法氧化制备三氧化二砷

摘    要:采用酸化法制备三氧化二砷,用浓硫酸(98%)和雌黄矿粉配制成一定料浆比的悬浮液,产物中As2O3的含量为99.94%,提取率可达到98.92%.最佳实验条件为:反应温度120℃,反应时间2.5 h,料浆比小于1∶6,雌黄矿粉粒径小于0.080 mm.

Abstract:The research provides a method for the acidification of arsenic trioxide with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and orpiment grains made into a slurry suspension with a certain ratio.Arsenic trioxide in the product reaches 99.94%,and the extraction yield is 98.92%.The best conditions for the experiment are as follows: the reaction temperature is 120 ℃,the reaction time is 2.5 h,the pulp is less than 1/6,and the particle size is less than 0.080 mm.
