乳酸能系统在100 m跑中的代谢特征研究

摘    要:通过对30名体育系学生100m跑和不同段落重复跑后的血乳酸含量测定,发现不同训练水平受试者100m跑后都存在着不同程度的血乳酸堆积,且受试者的训练水平对血乳酸值有显著影响.不同段落重复跑后的血乳酸值在随跑距延长而逐渐升高的过程中,存在着一个急剧升高的阶段,因此,乳酸能系统在100m跑中发挥着重要的作用.

Abstract:The blood lactate of 30 students majoring in physical education of different levels were tested after 100m.race and repeated runs of various short distances. It was found that the accumulation of blood lactate after 100 m. race in subjects of different levels was of varying degrees and that the training level of the subjects markedly affected the tested blood lactate values. With the gradual increase in the distance of the races, there was a stage of rapid rise in blood lactate values after different distances of repeated runs. Therefore, the tactic energy system plays an important part in l00m. race.
