普通高校体育教育专业田径教学改革研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法 ,对田径教学改革的相关内容进行了研究 ,结果表明 :随着全民健身运动的深入展开和“十五”规划宏观蓝图的构建 ,为田径教学改革提供了机遇与动力 ;“健康第一”的指导思想、“素质教育”之“学以致用”理念是其改革的动力源泉 ;“知识互融性”特点的应用 ,使其朝“健康田径”、“快乐田径”改革方向发展
