工程训练的创新实践

摘    要:工程训练是工科特别是机械专业学生的重要实践教学环节,对学生今后的专业学习有着重要的启迪作用.针对师资力量不足,致使最重要的数控加工实习停留在演示层面的问题,提出了成立工程训练学习小组和加强校企合作2个解决办法,既解决了师资力量不足的问题,又补充了实际生产的教学内容,受到学生的欢迎.

Abstract:Engineering training is an important practical teaching link to the students majored in engineering, especially to the students majored in mechanical engineering, and plays an important heuristic role in future major learning for the students. The shortage of the teachers causes the most important numerical control machining practice to stay at the level of display. This paper proposes two methods, such as setting up engineering training team and enhancing the cooperation between a college and an enterprise to solve the problem. Practice verifies that these two methods are a good reform method and are popular with the students by both solving the problem in the shortage of teachers and enriching teaching contents in practical work.
