己二酸制备的微型实验研究

摘    要:研究了用微型仪器制备己二酸的方法.在合成中,只须用酒精灯和两只装有冷、热水的小烧杯就代替了昂贵、笨重又易出故障的搅拌器、电炉、升降台、调压器等,使实验从繁杂、忙乱、耗时、费钱变为简便、有序、安全、省时、经济.还对热过滤进行了改进:将热过滤滴管的管口长度缩短至1cnl之内,吸取热脱色液后马上塞入已备好的棉花塞,再滤出无色液,使操作快速、高效.

Abstract:Adipic acid was synthesized by the reaction of cyclohexanone with potassium permanganate1 in microscale laboratory. The yield was 53~62%, 10~20% higher. The determination of its melting point show that it is as same as it was reported. An alcohol lamp and two small beakers were used instead of whipper, laboratory jack and electric furnace, etc. And method of heated filter 2 was also improved to be more simple and efficient.
