摘    要:以微电解-混凝沉淀法作为某聚酯化工厂难生化废水的预处理手段,处理废水水质完全达到预处理效果.同时针对微电解法应用过程中存在的问题,采用螺旋型铁刨花和活性焦代替铁屑和活性炭,操作方式采用间歇通气流化,有效地解决了反应柱堵塞、铁屑结块问题,节约了运行资本.

Abstract:As the pretreatment of the non-biodegradable polyester wastewater from the chemical plant using micro-electrolysis and coagulation-sedimentation, the investigations have been made. The author utilizes the spiraled iron as the package to gain the full contact of the three phases solid-liquid-gas in the micro-electrolysis bed. The improvement on the packing has effectively solved the problems of the reactor blocking, packing replacing and iron agglomeration, to fluidize the packing and save the operational capital with the intermittent aeration. The effluent has met the standard of the pretreatment.
