金属磁记忆信号的零点特征

摘    要:为研究金属磁记忆信号描述应力集中位置的特征,对预制裂纹的拉伸试件施加不同水平的载荷,在每次载荷水平下进行金属磁记忆方法检测,并分析了检测信号过零点特征的变化规律.研究表明:不是所有的应力集中位置都有金属磁记忆检测信号过零点的现象;信号零点位置随着施加载荷的增加向着应力集中位置移动:仅仅用Hp信号过零点作为特征来判断应力集中位置容易产生误判.

Abstract:In order to study the metal magnetic memory(MMM)signal character of describing the position of stress concentration,the sample with precut crack was detected by means of MMM at different tensile stress. The zero value character of detected signal was analyzed.It is concluded that not all of the stress concentration position has the character that the MMM signal value is zero,the dot of MMM signal value zero gradually shifts to the stress concentration position along with enhanced stress,and sometimes,the diagnosis of stress concen- tration position is incorrect only when the character of MMM signal value zero is considered.
