摘    要:以织构多晶体连续介质力学为基础提出了预测织构板材深冲制耳的新方法,利用该方法计算了立方金属中重要织构组分的基本制耳行为.结果表明,本方法优于传统的预测方法,采用制耳程度指数可较好地定量表示制耳倾向大小

Abstract:Based on the continuum mechanics of textured polycrystals, a new method was proposed to predict the earing of textured sheets in deep drawing. The basic earing behavior for some important texture components in cubic metal sheets were calculated. The results demonstrate that the present method is superior to the traditional crystallographic method, and that the extent of earing tendency can be well represented by use of the earing extent index.
