IT项目中隐性知识的挖掘与转移

知识经济时代的来临,知识作为一种资源越来越受到人们的重视,创新性的IT项目对知识的依赖程度极强。IT项目的临时性、独特性,使得大量的隐性知识在项目结束后随着项目成员的离开而消失。因此,如何挖掘隐性知识,共享、转化、创新知识,对IT项目实现科学的知识管理至关重要。阐述了IT项目隐性知识的分类,介绍了几种隐性知识的挖掘方法,分析了IT项目隐性知识转移的途径,并指出了转移过程中存在的障碍因素,提出了IT项目中隐性知识转移的具体措施。

The Mining and Transferring of Tacit Knowledge in IT Project

As the coming of knowledge economy age,knowledge,being as a resource,has been drawing more and more attention from the people.The innovative IT project depends deeply on knowledge.Because of the provisionality and peculiarity of IT project,a great quantity of tacit knowledge disappeared with the left of project members after completing the project.Therefore,how to mine the tacit knowledge and how to share,transfer and innovate the knowledge are very important for realizing scientific knowledge management for IT project.This paper expounds the classification of the tacit knowledge of IT projects,introduces several methods for mining the tacit knowledge,analyzes how to transfer the tacit knowledge,pointes out the barrier factors of knowledge transferring,and puts forward some concrete measures for transferring the tacit knowledge in IT project.
