拐棍竹笋子生长发育规律研究

摘    要:拐棍竹是大熊猫的主食竹种之一。通过对拐棍竹无性系笋子生长发育的研究,可以了解大熊猫在春夏季的采食活动、摄食量和营养状况.笔者从1982至1984年在卧龙自然保护区野外观察站,连续观察拐棍竹笋子的生长变化,得知笋子的出土持续时间约80天,成活率为60.33%.笋子生长前期、中期和末期各占25天.平均每天增长分别为3.1cm,9.6cm,0.96cm.从笋子茎高和时间关系的数据分析,其生长中期的变化更适于用对数曲线拟合其规律。这与笋子生长的坐标曲线一致。

Abstract:Fargesia robusta is one of the major species of bamboos on which giant panda feed. The study on the growth of its clonal shoot can improve our knowledge of giant panda's search for food in spring and summer,the quantity of its ingestion and nutrition. We kept a close and continuous watch on the bamboo shoots of Fargesia robusta growing at the field observation station of the Wolong Natural Reserve. From the analysis of the recorded changes of their growth it was found out that the time it took for the bamboo shoots to come up was about 80 days,with a survival rate of 60.33%.Their growth might be divided into three phases,each lasting 25 days.The average growth per day was respectively 3.1 cm,9.6 cm and 0.96 cm. From the anaiysis of the data concerning the relationship of the stemheight and time, their growth law was drawn by logarithmic curve-fitting, which coincided with the coordinate curve of the growth of the bamboo shoot.
