摘    要:针对夹具这种特殊的装配体,目前在其装配规划问题上还没有一种自动化程度高且行之有效的方法。根据夹具的结构特点,采用工程语义定义元件的功能、类型以及套件结构关系,以此为基础在优先装配方向集上进行仿真试拆卸,可得合理的拆卸顺序及各元件的拆卸方向,将拆卸顺序与方向求逆即得到合理的装配序列。该方法能自动、高效地完成夹具装配规划,同时确保装配的合理性。
Abstract:
In recent researches, an automatic and efficient way to solve the assembly planning for fixtures is still lacking. Based on the structural characteristics of fixtures, engineering semantics is introduced to define the function, type and component-set relationship of fixture components. Through trial disassembling confined on prior direction set, reasonable disassembly sequence and directions for each component can be derived, the reversion of which leads to the feasible assembly sequence. This method not only achieves the assembly planning for fixtures automatically and efficiently, but also ensures the rationality of the planning result.
