基于阶跃响应的带纯滞后闭环辨识新方法

摘    要:先进控制成功应用的关键是精确模型的建立,传统的辨识方法受测试条件和稳定生产要求的制约,难以在工业现场得到满意的应用。根据大量工业现场的需求提出了一种新型的针对带有纯滞后环节的连续系统,基于阶跃响应测试的闭环辨识方法。该方法采用带控制器的迭代辅助变量最小二乘法,解决了纯滞后时间估计和闭环系统可辨识性的问题。采用Monte Carlo实验验证了该算法的无偏性和有效性,通过仿真研究和实际应用表明该方法具有较高的精度和较强的鲁棒性,并能够适用于非自衡对象。
Abstract:
The key factor for the successful application of advanced process control (APC) is the accuracy of the model. But the conventional identification methods was restricted by the requirement of simple testing and steady production,so they were used to provide unsatisfactory results in actual industrial plant. To solve that problem,a novel closed-loop identification algorithm was proposed to continue system with time delay based on the test of step response. Iterative Instrumental Variable Least Squares method with controller was used in the algorithm to solve the difficulty of identification of delay time and identifiability of close loop systems. Unbiasedness and validity were validated by Monte Carlo testing. It is illustrated that the algorithm is very accurate and robust by simulation and application. And integrating process is also applicable.
