区间型二型模糊集重心的直接Karnik-Mendel算法

摘    要:区间型二型模糊集重心区间的计算在区间型二型模糊系统中有重要的应用。Karnik-Mendel迭代算法是目前计算此区间的常用算法。但是迭代的计算模糊集合的重心,使得该算法的效率受到很大的影响。证明了区间型二型模糊集上、下限隶属度函数分界点的取值与重心值间的数值关系,并据此提出一种直接Karnik-Mendel算法。仿真实验表明,该算法能将重心区间的计算时间缩短65%-75%。
Abstract:
The centroid interval calculation of an IT2 Fuzzy Set plays an important role in IT2 Fuzzy Systems.Karnik-Mendel (KM) algorithm is widely used in this field.While KM algorithm is an iterative procedure,it's not efficient in online systems.The relationship between the centroid and the separate point of UFM and LFM was discussed and then a new Direct Karnik-Mendel (D-KM) algorithm was proposed to reduce the computational cost.Extensive simulations show that on average the D-KM algorithms can acquire about 65%-75% reduction in computation time.
