科技奥运是一项复杂的社会科技创新系统工程,科技奥运创新是以先进技术支撑奥运,是奥运与国家科技产业发展战略的有机结合。环境问题是国际奥委会最为关注的问题之一。举办奥运会对环境的保护,是全球生态环境变化的客观要求。在研究科技奥运由理念到战略的基础上,以科学发展观的视角,论述北京科技奥运创新战略与环境保护协调发展。

Scientific Olympic Games is a complicated,systematic social project by innovations in science and technology.The innovative scientific Olympic Games utilize the scientific innovations and coordinates with the state science and technology development strategy.Environment protection is one of the key issues considered by IOC,It is a realistic requirement for the organizing committee to give much attention to environment protection and also it is regulated by the worldwide environment protection trends.In this paper,the author gives a analysis of the coordination of scientific Olympic Games and Environment Protection with a view of Scientific Development and a practical way of implementation from the idea to practice.
