Reflections on the cultivation of innovative talents and logistical work

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important task of universities. It depends on logistical work. In order to provide better service, logistical staffs must pay attention to the following aspects: the first is to renew their ideas concerning service and create men -oriented theory and to improve logistical service quality; the second is to innovate management approaches, upgrade management and provide satisfactory service; the third is to beautify campus and build comfortable and harmonious studying and working environment.
