| 摘 要： | 本文基于衍射理论及莫尔频谱观点,对莫尔偏折仪加上一个滤波系统的双光栅衍射系统进行了进一步的理论研究及实验验证。该系统在检测空间连续变化位相物体具有独到之处。

| Abstract: | The double grating diffraction system, Moire deflectometry with afiltering system added behind the second grating, is analysed in detail on thebasis of the diffraction theory and Moire spectrum concept. This devicehasgreat advantage over the conventional Moire deflectometry in the measure mentof the spatial continuous phase-changing object. |
