| 摘 要： | 本文介绍用滑线场法分析平面应变金属流动,并引用计算机编制软件进行计算机辅助设计,用来解决对称情况下,任意形状的模具之间的二维塑性流动模式,列举了滑移线网格、速度场和主应力计算框图及其图形与各种研究塑性成形力学问题的方法比较,滑移线场法的主要优点在于能求出塑性区内各点的应力状态和金属质点流动速度.

| Abstract: | Compared with other methods of studying aplastic flow,the slip-linemethod is advantageous in calulating the stress and velocity on every point in theplastic region of the metal.This paper introduces the analysis of the two-dimentionalplastic flow with the slip-line method combined with the computer-programmes ofsoftware.The flow charts and drawing of the slip-line network,velocity field andprincipal stress are also given. |
