Study on the Financing System of Our Country's Family Firm——Based on the Assumptions of the Economic Rationality and Family Rationality

From the assumptions of the economic rationality and family rationality of the family firm,this paper explains the connotations and framework of the microscopic financing system of small and medium-sided family firm,probes into the relationship between the formal financing system and informal financing system,and points out that the family-based financing mode and relatives-acquaintances-network-based financing mode are the effective financing institutional arrangement of the family firm.
