摘    要:林西矿业公司应用变频器对工房区供水系统进行了恒压供水改造,以压力作为控制流量的参数变量,改变过去由人工调节阀门开度控制,一方面造成居民区居民用水不连续,供水压力不足,另一方面水泵的裕量又较大,电机常常处于轻载状态,其效率和功率因数都很低,造成人力和大量电能浪费的状况.通过变频控制后的供水系统则实现了恒压供水,同时也带来了较好的社会效益和经济效益.

The technology of frequency conversion in constant voltage water supply
Abstract:The frequency converter has carried on the constant voltage water supply transformation to the water supply system in work-house area to Lin Xi mining industry corporation application. With the parametric variable of the pressure capacity regarding as the control flow , a man-made adjusting valve door for opening control is under the change and continuous with water. But while one side creates resident in resident area , water supply pressure shortcoming , the abundant capacity of other side on water pump and the electrical machinery is often in light year state , his efficiency and the merit rate factor is very low , creating the manpower with a large number of the condition of electric energy waste . But the water supply system by way of frequency conversion control has been realized by constant voltage water supply , and has also brought better social beneficial result and economic performance at the same time .
