The Relationship between Technological Changes and the Structure of the Firms' Organization

The paper discusses the relationship between technological changes and organizational evolution and tries to analyze how the technological changes affect the firms' organizational structure through the natural-selection mechanism in order to design more rational organization.Considering the organizational evolution,technology and organizational structure should be coordinated to gain an efficient organization.So,It is very important to raise the core competence for firms to design and establish rational and proper organizational structure.
