| 摘 要： | 文章从语言学的角度，结合Sacks等开创的会话分析理论，以中央电视台多人参与型的商务谈话类节目——《商务时间》为个案，从开场、主体和结尾等方面对会话整体结构进行分析，并从话轮转换、修正机制、反馈项目等方面对会话局部结构进行分析，旨在探讨多人参与型的半机构话语的会话特点和规律。

| Abstract: | Based on the conversation analysis theories presented by Sacks and the data collected from CCTV＇ s program Business Time, this paper analyses the overall structure of semi- institutional discourse in terms of opening, body and ending, simultaneously, it also explores the partial structure from the perspective of turn - taking, repair apparatus and feed - back item as well. The study discovers the features and roles of the multiple participants - oriented semi - institutional conversations. |
