熔盐电解制备镁锆合金工艺研究

摘    要:通过研究原料配比、电解温度、电流密度及保温时间对合金中锆含量和电流效率的影响,得到用熔盐电解直接制备Mg-Zr合金的新工艺.XRD分析表明合金中有Mg相、Zr相和Zr H2相;SEM及EDS分析表明锆原子在Mg-Zr合金内多以单质锆的形式存在,均匀分布在晶界处.

Abstract:This research obtains a new technique for preparing the Mg-Zr alloy directly based on molten salt electrolysis. Through the study of the impacts of the proportion of raw materials,the electrolysis temperature,the current density and the soaking time on the zirconium content and current efficiency,the XRD analysis shows that the alloy in the experiment has Mg,Zr and Zr H2. The analysis based on SEM and EDS methods indicates that the zirconium atom in Mg-Zr alloy exists mostly in the form of simple zirconium.
