酸化预处理紫茎泽兰厌氧消化能源转化效率和原料利用率对比分析

摘    要:以脱毒预处理的紫茎泽兰为原料,在室温条件下通过酸化预处理进行厌氧发酵,对发酵体系的能源转化效率和原料利用率进行对比分析.结果表明:酸化预处理发酵的TS产气率和VS产气率分别为199L·kg-1和240L·kg-1,分别是未经酸化预处理发酵的1.72倍和1.73倍;酸化预处理和未经酸化预处理的COD降解率分别为61.50%和44.07%;此外,酸化预处理原料的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的利用率分别为21.28%、18.18%、13.28%,分别是未经酸化预处理的1.61倍、2.00倍和3.16倍.酸化预处理发酵的原料能源转化效率达到42.13%,分别是未经酸化预处理发酵的和文献值的1.78倍和1.95倍.

Abstract:In order to get energy conversion efficiency & material utilization ratio of producing methane with Eupatorium adenophorum spreng,we reported a pretreatment of acidification of anaerobic continuous fermentation for methane production at room temperature. The experimental results showed that the TS and VS of acidification pretreatment for methane production was 199L·kg-1and 240L·kg-1 respectively,while TS and VS of normal fermentation was 1.72 times and 1.73 times of them. The degradation efficiency of COD of acidification pretreatment was 62. 50%,while the other was 44. 07%. The utilization of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin was 18. 18%,21.28% and 13.28% of acidification,while is the 1.61,2. 00,and 3.16 times of non-acidification. The energy conversion efficiency of acidification pretreatment was 42. 13%, while it was 1.78 times of normal fermentation,and 1.95 times of the literature value.
