飞机草叶对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的处理效果研究

摘    要:用正交实验法研究了飞机草叶对Cr(VI)的处理潜力,探讨了叶的水浸提物用量、叶的改性方法、温度、pH值、处理时间等因素对六价铬处理效果的影响,并推测了飞机草叶对六价铬的处理机理.当pH值为3~11时,叶的水浸提物和叶颗粒均能有效去除水中六价铬,并且当反应体系中多酚和黄酮类物质含量相当时,叶的水浸提物对六价铬处理能力略高于叶颗粒.在优化条件下,飞机草叶颗粒及其浸提物对六价铬的处理能力分别为5.3mg/g和62.5mg/g.研究结果可为水中六价铬的处理提供一种新选择,并能为入侵性杂草飞机草的资源化利用提供新思路.

Abstract:The orthogonal experiment was designed for investigating the treatment of Cr(Ⅵ) in water with Eupatorium odoratum L. Leaves. The effect of some factors were studied in detail, including the dosage of leaf extracts,the modification method of leaf,the temperature,pH value and treatment time. Moreover,the mechanism was speculated for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) in this study. As proved, Cr(Ⅵ) would be eliminated with either the leaf extracts or the leaf modification products with the pH value from 3 to 11,moreover,the leaf extracts had stronger removal ability than leaves when the contents for polyphenols and flavone were comparative in the system. The ability for removing hexavalent chromium was 5.3 mg/g for leaves and 62. 5 mg/g for leaf extracts in the optimum conditions. In a word,these results provided an option to remove Cr(Ⅵ) and to utilize Eupatorium odoratum L..
