单向自增力制动器热—结构耦合分析

摘    要:通过静力学分析,建立地面制动力与轮缸促动力之间的映射关系,作为车型匹配和确定有限元分析力边界条件的基本依据;以ANSYS的WORKBENCH模块为开发环境,就给定车型进行了热-结构耦合分析,准确的找到了制动器在力和温度共同影响下的变化规律。这对于改善制动器热衰退性能和延长使用寿命提供了技术基础。

Abstract:The mapping relations between the ground braking force and the wheel cylinder impetus is established by statics analysis, which can be used as the basic foundation of matching Vehicles and determining the finite element analysis of the force boundary conditions. Based on the development environment of ANSYS-WORKBENCH, the heat structure coupling analysis was conducted on the given model. Furthermore, we find the change rule of the brake under the common effect in force and temperature, which can provide technical basis for improving the performance of the brake thermal recession and prolonging the service life.
