略论我国微博政治参与

公民政治参与渠道的有限性与其强烈参与愿望的不满足之间的矛盾，是现阶段我国民主政治生活中面临的重大问题，是影响我国政治局面稳定发展的潜在的重要不稳定因素。微博的出现为缓解这一矛盾带来了新的契机，微博政治参与具有成本低、效率高、议题广、效能强的优势，但却也带来了一些消极效应。研究我国公民微博政治参与问题，对于提高我国民主政治水平，促进社会稳定发展具有重大意义。

Research on Political Participation of Micro-Blog in China

The contradiction between the limited access of civil political participation ana great expectauon nas De- come a primary concerns in present socialist democracy, and it is also a potential crucial incentive giving rise to so- cial instability and development. Fortunately, the development of the micro-blog provides an alternative to alleviate this contradiction. Political participation of the micro-blog own its advantages such as low cost, high efficiency, wide range of topics and in-depth perspective, but also with some negative effects if not properly regulated. It is critically important to research the political participation of micro-blog for promoting Chinese political democratiza- tion and ensuring development of society steadily.
