大倾角厚煤层综放工作面平巷锚网支护技术

摘    要:王家山煤矿大倾角厚煤层综放工作面回采巷道变形破坏比较严重,是制约工作面实现安全高效生产的主要因素之一。文中根据巷道变形及锚杆受力的现场实测和巷道分步开挖与支护过程的FLAD3D模拟,分析了王家山煤矿大倾角厚煤层综放工作面回采巷道围岩变形破坏基本特征,提出了采用锚杆不对称布置方式,巷道断面采用圆角微拱矩形的锚网支护方案及其参数。现场试验获得了良好的技术经济效果。

Abstract:The roadway deformation and failure of high angle thick seam fully mechanized caving faces is comparatively severe in wangjiashan coal mine.It is one of the main factors to restrict the safety and high efficiency production at the working faces.According to the observation of surrounding rock deformation and force on the bolt,the roadway and supporting by FLAD3D,the authors analyze the basic features of high angle fully mechanized caving face roadway surrounding rock deformation and failure.Bolt asymmetric arrangement mode and fillet micro-arched rectangular roadway section are proposed.The field test has achieved a better technical and economical effect.
