| 摘 要： | 在"泉州经济适用房评价指标体系"调查数据的基础上,应用灰色模糊聚类分析方法对其进行综合评价。首先选定最优集作为评价参考,对相关数据进行分析处理后得到5个经济适用小区最优集的相关度情况,并进行关联分析,然后由相关度值计算得到灰色相似关系矩阵Rg并据此进行聚类分析,设定不同的阈值对经济适用房小区进行分类,得到泉州经济适用房动态聚类图。最后,根据分析结果提出提升经济适用房品位的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the date of the survey on the affordable housing in Quan zhou city,a fuzzy judgement on the date is processed.First of all,a optimal set is found as a fiduciary object,and then a fuzzy equivalence relational matrix was established.After grey correlation analysis,a dendrogram is obtained on the basis of different cluste ring levels.At last,some suggestions on the improvement of the urban grade are given. |
