摘    要:选用ATMEL公司的ATmega16L单片机作为微处理器,研制了一种高炉透气性指数监测仪表,并利用仪表将自动检测到的与高炉炉况相关的冷风压力、热风压力、炉顶压力及冷风流量参数,通过优化的高炉透气性指数数学模型,得到高炉透气性指数,供操作人员进行即时炉况判断.

Abstract:Using ATmega16L single-chip made by ATMEL company as microprocessor, we developed a monitoring instrument of air permeability, and used it to automatically detect the status of the cold and hot blast pressure, fur- nace top pressure and cold flow parameters.Through optimizing the index of permeability of the blast furnace mathematical model, we calculated the air permeability index for the operators to determine the status of real-time furnace practice.
