摘    要:采用分离流动模型模拟了波形板汽水分离器内的汽水两相流动,对波形板内液滴的运动轨迹和分离效率进行了数值计算,讨论了波形板汽水分离器内流动的压力损失随通道结构参数和流动参数的变化情况.计算中,采用“隔离”无流动部分的方法建立实际流动区域.理论计算值与试验结果一致.

Abstract:A separated flow model is employed to simulate the steam water two phase flows in a steam water separator with corrugated baffle. The motion trajectories and the separation efficiency of the water droplets in the separator are numerically calculated. The pressure loss varied with the geometric parameters of the flow passage and the flow parameter is discussed. In the calculations, the actual flow area is formed by the isolation of the area without flow. The calculation results are consistent with the experimental ones.
