| 摘 要： | 壳低聚糖具有优越的生理活性,但其在长期的保存过程中容易变质。为了便于长期保存,将其制备成壳低聚糖硫酸盐。用高效液相色谱测定其分子量,用酸碱滴定法确定壳低聚糖硫酸盐的组成。以壳低聚糖为参照,研究壳低聚糖硫酸盐的吸湿、保湿性及其在不同时间、温度、pH值的稳定性。结果表明:样品中主要成分是壳低聚糖硫酸盐;壳低聚糖硫酸盐的保湿能力比壳低聚糖强;在不同时间、温度、pH值的条件下比壳低聚糖稳定。

| Abstract: | Low-molecular-weight chitosan(LCS) have superior physiological activities,but it is easy for the LCS to brown.In order to store the LCS for a long time,the LCS sulfate was prepared and the content of LCS sulfate was determined by acid-base titration.Moisture-absorption,moisture-retention capacity and stability were studied.The LCS sulfate was the main component of the sample,and had better moisture-retention capacity than LCS,and was more stable than LCS. |
