Some Provoking Thoughts on Web-based Methodology

There is an uprising keen on the research of Web-based methodology in the current foreign language world. The author of this paper has explored the possible application of Web-based mechanism on the theory, curriculum design, interaction between instructor and students and final assessment on the learners' performance in terms of author's teaching experience from which a deeper perception on Web -based methodology can be acquired through current development.
