北草蜥和中国石龙子主要储能部位的比较研究

摘    要:研究了北草蜥和中国石龙子的主要储能部位。两种爬行动动物育肥和禁食个体的腹脂肪体能值、肝脏能值、尾能值及去尾躯干能值的组间差异显著;北草蜥腹脂肪体、肝脏和尾的能量动用活跃,是该种动物主要的储能部位;中国石龙子腹脂肪体、肝脏、尾和去尾躯干是该种动物的主要储能部位,两种动物主要储能部位无明显差异,育肥可使动物各储能部位迅速储存能量。

Abstract:The major energy reserves were studied for lizard, Takydromus septentrionalisand Eumeces chinensis collected from a field in Lishui, Zhejiang Data indicated that there were significant difference in abdominal fat bodies energy, liver energy, tail energy, and carcass energy for lizard, Takydromus septentrionalis and Eumeces chinensis. The important energy reserves of the lizard, Takydromus septentrionalis were abdominal fat bodies, liver and tail, because the most utilization occurred at the three sites. The important energy reserves of the Eumeces chinensis were abdominal fat bodies,liver, tail and carcass. No obvious differences in the major energy reserves between lizard, Takydromus septentrionalis and Eumeces chinensis. When lizards and skinks were allowed to feed freely on larvae of Tenebrio molitor, all major energy reserves could rapidly store energy.
