摘    要:“大音希声”是中国音乐美学史的起点。老子严格地区分了“大音”和“五音”这两个层次。形而上为“大音”,形而下为“五音”。“大音”是对具体音乐及表演的概括、归纳和理论的升华。“大音希声”的基本美学内涵是追求自由、自然,将音乐看作是体现“道”的形式。庄子和“竹林七贤”等人从理论和实践上分别发展了“大音希声”,使其成为一个影响中国音乐文化几千年的美学命题。

Abstract:Dayinxisheng" is the starting point in the history of Chinese musical aesthetics which was divided strictly into two levels by Lao Zi (founder of Taoism), namely "Dayin" and "Wuyin" (the five notes of traditional Chinese music). "Dayin" is the sublime of generalization, induction and theorization of music and its performance. Aesthetically, "Dayinxisheng" is in pursuit of a free and natural expression of "Taoism". Developed both in theory and in practice by Zhuang Zi (founder of Taoism) and "Zhu Lin Qi Xian" (seven virtuous persons in Chinese ancient musical history in Wei Jin Period), "Dayinxisheng" has been the millennia aesthetic proposition influencing Chinese musical culture.
