摘    要:通过初步正交对比实验发现:聚乙烯醇包埋(pVA)法比海藻酸钠(CA)法更适合废水处理。实验进一步在交联剂CaCl2质量浓度为4%,小球粒径3mm,PVA:海藻酸钠质量比为8:1作为包埋的固定条件前提下,以PVA和海藻酸钠混合质量浓度(因素A),凹凸棒土的质量浓度(因素B),活性污泥质量浓度(N素C)为影响因素,每个因素选取3个水平,采用L9(3^4)进行正交,通过凝胶小球的成球性和生物活性确定最佳材料配比为A1B2C2(8%,2.5%,10%)。实验表明添加凹凸棒土具有对聚乙烯醇包埋fPVA)法的改性作用.

Abstract:By comparing the initial orthogonal experiment found that: polyvinyl alcohol-embedded (PVA) method compared with sodium alginate (CA) method is more suitable for wastewater treatment. Further cross-linking experiments under the conditions of the agent CaCl2 concentration is 4%, small particle size is 3mm, PVA and sodium alginate mass premise ratio is 8:1 ,By PVA and sodium alginate mixture mass concentration as factor A, attapulgite concentration mass concentration as factor B, activated sludge concentration asfactor as Caffecting factors, each select three levels, using L9 (34) for orthogonal, by gel ball into a ball and biological activity to determine the best material ratio is A1B2C2 (8%,2.5%, 10%). Experimental results show that attapulgite has the Modification to embedded polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).
