青海省中小学体育《新课程标准》实施现状调查与分析

Difficulties and Measurements Research during the Implementation of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard of the Middle and Primary Schools in Qinghai Province

Through nearly 10 years of the implementation of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard ,The sports work of the schools looks as if it goes on smoothly on the surface .But the health of the young goes from bad to worse in our country .In view of this ,to grasp the implementation situations in Qinghai province ,to find out the real reasons after the schools carry out the sports development according to Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard ,this article analyses the conditions and mechanism of the good development of the school sports in Qinghai province by doing a survey about the present teaching situation in the middle and primary schools .As a result ,it not only can provide theoretical basis for the school sports development of the middle and primary schools in Qinghai province ,but also the ref-erence for the decisions of the administrative department of education .
